This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the services provided by Friday System (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Friday System”), including the websites https://friday-system.com and https://friday-system.ru, and the products: FridayAI, FridayTouch, FridaySecurity, and FridayAlerts (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the websites or the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2. Services Description
• FridayAI: Voice-activated AI assistant for PC management, task automation, and information retrieval.
• FridayTouch: Remote control of your PC via Telegram bot.
• FridaySecurity: Monitoring of system metrics and suspicious activity detection.
• FridayAlerts: Telegram notifications about severe weather threats and regional risks.
The Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hestordev@gmail.com of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for illegal purposes;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Share credentials or allow unauthorized access;
• Interfere with the Services or other users;
• Upload malicious code.
• Create multiple accounts if they belong to the same person.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Services, software, AI models, designs, and content belong to Friday System or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your active subscription for personal or internal purposes only.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this Agreement. You may terminate by emailing hestordev@gmail.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
8. Changes
We may update this Agreement. Changes will be posted here and effective immediately (or after notice for material changes). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of the Services is primarily located.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through support (hestordev@gmail.com). If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the operator is located.
